Delivery and Parking:
Access through the gate OST ( open on Thursday from 02:00 p. m. to 08:00 p.m., on Friday from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., on Saturday from 08:00 a.m.)
For late deliveries on Thursday (from 08:00 p.m.) please use the gate NORD.
Note: pedestrians can use the gate OST for entrance only with a valid NUMISMATA-badge and within the indicated hours above. Otherwise, please use the entrance on the Ludwig-Ehard-Anlage near the Congress Center of the Fair Frankfurt. The fair grounds map and detailed directions can be found here.
Parking is in front of the hall 5 for a fee.
Deliveries by freight forwarding:

Please indicate on your parcel:

Setup times:
Setup work on stands may be performed on Thursday afternoon from 02:00 p.m. Deviations from this provision
are possible only after early consultation with the NUMISMATA organisation.
Admission for Exhibitors:
Friday from 07:00 a.m.
Saturday from 08:00 a.m.
Professional dealers – Friday from 07:30 a.m.; Saturday from 08:00 a.m.
Visitors – from 09:30 a.m. on both fair days
Security room:
A security room is available to exhibitors for the storage of valuables. The order for guarding your materials
can be placed on delivery, on Thursday from 12:00 a.m. and on Friday at the end of the trade fair from 05:00 p.m.
Your items must be collected by 09:00 a.m. the following day.
The fee for a deposit with no insurance cover, i.e. simply with the security service, is € 35.00 per delivery incl.
19 % VAT per night. The fee for a deposit with insurance cover (optional) is an additional € 0.80 per € 1000.00
or part thereof incl. 19 % VAT, from a minimum insured sum of € 50,000.00. It therefore costs a basic storage
fee of € 35.00 plus insurance (from € 40.00) incl. 19 % VAT per night.
