Parking:

Chargeable underground parking is available. Entrance at Hall 4.

Deliveries:

The entrance to the build-up in the delivery zone of the MOC is regulated by placing a deposit. EUR 100.00 must be paid for each vehicle entering.

This involves the following unloading times:

Car – 1 hour

Vans / cars with trailers – 2 hours

Truck – 3 hours

The deposit will be refunded if you leave in good time.

Attention! If you need for unloading of bulky goods a fork truck, please order it in advance with the Schenker Deutschland AG ( the official fair forwarder at the MOC Veranstaltungscenter ). Phone: +49 (0) 89 324 11 25

Package delivery:

Important information concerning transport and on-site handling of your exhibition goods can be found here soon.

Due to a lack of space and possible liability claims, which cannot be guaranteed by the MOC, an acceptance service by our staff is unfortunately not possible. Deliveries prior to the respective event can be handled by Schenker Deutschland AG.

Setup times:

Setup work on stands may be performed on Friday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. Deviations from this provision are possible only after early consultation with the NUMISMATA organisation.

Admission for Exhibitors:

Saturday from 07:00 a.m.

Sunday from 07:30 a.m.

Professional visitors from 07:30 a.m. on both fair days.

Visitors – from 09:30 a.m. on both fair days.

Opening hours of the fair for the public:

Saturday – from 9:30 a.m. till 5:30 p.m.

Sunday – from 9:30 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.

Accommodation:

In the period from 28th February 2025 to 2nd March 2025, we hold an allocation of hotel rooms at a special rate for NUMISMATA attendees. Detailed information about this can be found here.
